Account Management - Whether you require regular site visits from your account manager or brief telephone calls once a quarter, Saybi keep in constant communication ensuring our clients are up to date with the latest technology, utilising the software to its full potential.
Hosting - Saybi provide an openFabric hosted solution. We host in several data centres and provide a basic hosting package through to a fully managed and full DR (disaster and recovery) solution.
System Administration - Saybi has access to a team of system administrators specialising in back up and storage solutions, network security, Windows and UNIX hosting solutions.
Programming - Saybi has access to a full range of programmers covering open source code and database specialists.
Consultancy - Saybi have developed an associate professional services team of Information Management Professionals focused on defining and implementing Document Management Strategies to support and enable business process transformation and optimisation.
