Saybi Partners

At Saybi we firmly believe in following a fairly rigorous process when selecting our partners, and to this end follow the method briefly outlined below Partners list, which is predominately based on the Open Process Framework 1 method. Although this method initially appears to be a ‘one-way’ selection and vetting procedure, we at Saybi are big believers in working together with partners in order to achieve a mutually beneficial working relationship and in order to guarantee the smooth running of future endeavours. At the same time, we are always open-minded when approached by potential partners who believe that their products may complement our existing portfolio.

Our main aim when evaluating the products and services available on the market today is to meet the following list of objectives (which is not exhaustive) for our customers and of course ourselves:

  • cut costs, perhaps by reducing administration expenses.
  • increase sales - reaching new customers and markets through the Internet, for instance.
  • improve customer service - for example, by improving communications and reducing response times to queries.
  • improve business efficiency.
  • gain competitive edge
  • introduce new processes or working methods only made possible by IT - email marketing or remote working, for example.

The objectives of partner selection are to:

Selection is typically complete when the following postconditions hold:

  • The partner organisation has been vetted for longevity, confidence in their business practices, technically (relating to provision and support of product offerings) and finally that both organisations are confident in each others commitment.
  • Partnership contracts have been signed.

Technology partner selection typically involves the following teams performing the following steps:

  • Technology Strategy Team:
